Let us do the work for you! The fee is $150.00 for 10 Children and $10.00 each additional child. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. Your children will be in the gym for 55 minutes. You have 35 minutes in the party room to serve food and cake. You will have two instructors hosting your party for up to 25 kids if they are 5 years and over. Parties with most children under 5 years of age will require an additional instructor for 20 kids or more at additional fee of $30.00. The balance is payable in CASH the day of the party. Our party host/hostesses do not have change so please try to bring the correct amount. Please feel free to tip our instructors if they are deserving. All parents of children 4 years and under, should be there to watch their children and help them if needed. Please be courteous to the next party that is coming in and finish on time. When you arrive at the Gymnastics Club you will be greeted by our staff 5 minutes before the party begins. They will put your cake in the refrigerator or freezer and carry your bags back to our air conditioned party room. All children will be escorted into our fully equipped gymnasium. We ask that the birthday child's parents stay in the waiting room for a little while and greet their guests while we set up the party room. You may enter the party room 10 minutes into your party. So sit back, relax and let us do all the work! We are looking forward to hosting your child’s Birthday Party at The Gymnastics Club. The Party Parents are responsible for all children during the party and are required to send each of the guests our invitation and waiver/release form that is on our web site and return it to you before participating at the party. We will call you during the week to confirm the exact number of children in your party. For your safety and the safety of your guests, parents are not allowed on the equipment and they are not allowed to put children on the equipment. An instructor must be on the equipment with the children in order for them to participate. All children under five years old must be accompanied by an adult and watched carefully. No child is allowed back in the gym after the gymnastics portion of the party is over or at the end of the party. See the Birthday Party contract and invitation/waiver for more details.
