Many classes are given all day every hour starting at 9:30 a.m. Select your class, then click on Schedule to find a day and time.  Next, call the office to verify the time, day and price.

Class Titles and Descriptions

Pre-School (Ages 2 ½ years old)
This is the first class without Mom or Dad. Mom and Dad get to sit back and watch us help your little one have fun, learn and follow directions with a patient, caring, qualified instructor. Wait until you see them on trampoline. This class is 45 minutes long.

Advanced Pre-School (Ages 3 years old)
After kisses and hugs from Mom and Dad, your little one will enjoy an instructional and fun warm up and will be guided around to all our age appropriate equipment to learn how to roll, cartwheel, jump, run and have fun. This class is 45 minutes long.

Mini Stars and Little Stars (Ages 4 years old)
Our caring instructors will guide your child through a more progressive program where fun and TLC is part of learning. Skill development is emphasized along with confidence building. This class is 45 min.

Age group classes for

Kindergarten age and up
Classes for Kindergarten and up are at least 1 hour some are 1 1/2 or 2 hours
Girl’s classes are divided into four levels of achievement. Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Boy’s classes are divided into two levels Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced. Students must master target skills before advancing to the next level.

Shooting Stars (Beginner and Advanced Beginner Level)
Children at this level are grouped by age. Our Rising Stars are working on perfecting their rolls, handstands, cartwheels and all beginner level skills on all pieces of equipment. Our objective is to build a foundation for their continued growth and progress into the next level. 1 or 1 1/2 hours.

Super Stars (Intermediate Level)
Classes at this level are grouped by age. Our Super Stars are working on improving their basics such as a roundoff so we can move them through the levels more quickly. At this level they will experience the fun and sense of achievement that only gymnastics challenge can provide. 1 1/2 or 2 hours.

Mega Stars (Advanced Level)
Classes at this level are grouped by age. Our Mega Stars have a strong foundation and are ready for bigger challenges. They are strong, fast and flexible with wonderful listening skills. These children really love the sport and are working toward a Pre-Team or Team situation. We always provide fun and learning in this 1 ½ to 2 hr class. Mega Stars feed into our Pre-Team and Training Team Program. They are very similar. 1 1/2 or  2 hours.
